HOW IT WORKS
There is a bench fee charge of $35 for an initial examination to provide an estimate. This is to cover the time required to physically inspect your instrument, which may necessitate partial disassembly and light cleaning.
You will be called with an estimate and repair work will not proceed until you have accepted the quoted price.
Labour is charged at $100/hour, as it takes at least this long to perform basic work. For each process that needs to be addressed, there is a charge based on the amount of time it takes to complete it and the cost is estimated during inspection.
Service can take a few days to a few weeks, and may take significantly longer if specialized parts need to be sourced.
